Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
If a prescription is not approved following clinical review, you will not be charged for the medication, and any payment taken will be refunded in full within 5–10 working days.
Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery timescales thereafter are subject to the carrier used and cannot be guaranteed.
You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery address is accurate. We cannot accept liability for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address being provided.
All medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging in accordance with pharmaceutical standards.
You may cancel your order prior to pharmacist approval by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription has been approved and dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on prescription-only medicines, in accordance with UK law and patient safety regulations.
If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
You agree to inform us promptly of any changes to your health, medications, or circumstances that may affect the suitability of your treatment. You must follow all dosage and usage instructions provided by our pharmacist and read the patient information leaflet supplied with your medication.
